The scale is marked 0-50 Millivolts DC
The coil measures 10 ohms. The needle does not move.
It appears to be sticking. It may be fixable...or not.
It comes in the original box.
The meter is 3-1/2 inches square.
The three mount holes are on 2-3/4 inch centers.
The meter is mounted on a panel through a 2-3/4 inch diameter hole.
You can remove the faceplate to change the scale to something else.
