When we sort through the tubes, some of them have missing or broken pins, broken glass envelopes,
or air has leaked in destroying the vacuum. It is a shame to just throw these into a landfill.
A lot of work went into creating and building these wonderful devices. While they are no longer functional,
they still look interesting and can be used as pieces of artwork. So rather than throwing them away,
we are offering them for free. You only pay the cost of shipping and handling.
These tubes are mostly 7 pin miniature, 9 pin miniature, octal and compactron tubes with an occasional pre-octal tube found in the mix.
Price is $0.00 (free), just pay normal shipping and handling costs.
This item is sold by weight. Just tell us how many pounds of tubes you want.
There are typically around 20 to 30 tubes to the pound, however this can vary depending on the tube mix.
Please keep in mind that the weight of the box and packing material will be extra above and beyond the weight of the tubes ordered.
